Humboldt squid fishing has become more hit and miss this past week, with a lot more misses.



SAN DIEGO REGION: More and more yellowtail are moving in to the Coronado Islands and the La Jolla kelp. Look for the yellowtail bite to pick up as we are now into spring. Jumbo squid continue to bite full speed on most nights. The dock tally was over 400 of the 15- to 50-pound squid earlier this week.
