Cant believe that people are setting traps for them! I had a look online too, they usually live under 300m, but they do come up a depth of 100m or less sometimes for feeding/breeding. But thats still probably too deap for most jigging action. It will definitely be a rare catch <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> These commercial squidding boat, they do jig quite deep right, they may catch any once in a blue moon?
