Hi, i`m also from malta. Last year was my first year for squid fishing from the shore. This year i want to try fishing for squid from the boat too. Can someone pls tell me the about the time of the year for this type of fishing. I also need to know how i should prepare the jigs on the line and what type of jigs are the best.
Last week I went fishing from the shore and some squid came under the light and running after the jigs but when it was close to attack, it stopped from doing this !! ' /> All the catch was one small squid!!!!! Does somebody know the reason? The jigs i used were used last winter and were good catchers!!!
