I recently took forum member Mike (Flounderpirate) out for some squidding action off Mordialloc (Port Philip Bay, VIC). I fished from my kayak, and he fished old school, from my trusty rowboat. I've attached some pictures, I think the final tally for the day was 7 squid, of which mike caught 4 (including his first squid ever, caught on a pink yamashita jig, in the picture below).
