well i must agree with you. i have NEVER seen anyone catch a squid off san remo pier ...though i know pat has had some luck at this spot (i.e. RX3-BOi). i have tried myself on a few occasions. i would have thought the current was too strong for them to hang around here. perhaps its only good at change of tide?
if any "real" people have caught squid at san remo or in cleeland bight recently please let us know.
