Iv only tasted one type of morwong so far, the Magpie Perch (also banded morwong i believe) . And i felt that the meat was ok. Could have been better but it was ok. The main quarell with the flesh was that it was way too soft to BBQ. It kinda fell apart. But that could have also been because of the olive oil/lemon juice/salt/pepper marinade i had let it soak in before the cook up.
