the way you are cutting the squid with a criss cross pattern sounds correct to me...should curl up in the pan <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' />
