certainly has, not just for squid though, but the atlantic coast of huelva, straights of gibraltar offer some of the finest fishing in the world. 200kg+ red tuna, incredibly combative species like anjovas, dentones, urtas, doradas, llampugas, corvinas, samas, serviolas, palometones, lubinas - the list is endless. sorry, but don't know the english names for these species. googling the names will probably throw up info though...
