Its good to have an experienced diver around to answer some of the more complicated questions! I only do a bit of snorkelling myself. Jazman does a lot of diving and knows a lot. He has mentioned shallow water blackout before. As I understand it divers suffer from this condition (and die as a result) if they hyper-ventilate before free diving? Is there any other situations where a diver needs to be mindful of SWB?
