I've seen people on their boats going for <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blueboxbullet.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ink' /> for their kingies but I haven't actually seen anyone catch any.

If you're fishing offland it would have to be the little park area with the car park is it?
