I will definately try the baked recipe, sounds delicious.
I agree with you about people throwing back fish that dont lend themselves to the fillet and batter technique, those wrasse/parrotfish/rockies (call them what you will!) are not great eating when filleted and fried, but mince the flesh and add a few herbs, some beaten egg, and some Thai green curry paste and they make fantastic fish rissoles. <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
