Marinated in lemon,lime juice chilli and extra virgin olive oil it aint 1/2bad.After a few hours the flesh actually takes on that white cooked look.In my trade as a chef i have actually had asian diners ask for it raw!!.Still prefer it cooked though <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
