I don't know why the Prawn style squid jigs wouldn't work on your jiggers. Would your jiggers work ok if you just tied off on the top end of your jig, and let the bottom end be free??? Seems to me it should work fine??? And it would be a better looking lure for the squid to grab, than a red piece of plastic???



Just a thought!!! Could be worth a try??? Especially when the squid are not biting well...
