Bit late maybe but at your budget you can also look at the Lox range. I've got the 8325 and am happy with it. Don't know anything about the Hearty rise range. If pairing with your Emeraldas reel just get the matching rod. Whatever you get make sure you get one for the heaviest jig you think you are going to throw.
