Hello,
Glen posted a link for about a million squid recipes. I looked at some of them, and they sound great <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/xyxthumbs.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':th' /> .
I would try ternderizing some of the steaks, and soaking them in olive oil seasoned with your favorite seasonings (minced garlic, onions, parsley, black pepper, red pepper, kosher salt; just to name what I use), and then barbequing them lightly. The olive oil will drip and smoke, giving the squid a nice flavor.
This is also a great recipe for tuna steaks, beef steak, pork chops, and a ton of other grilled meats! <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/beer_mug.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
Also slice your squid into thin strips and make salt and pepper squid. 1 tablespoon kosher salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp chili powder, 4 tbsp flour. Place in a ziploc bag, and shake with the squid. FRY AND EAT!
Let me know how these turn out!
Enjoy.
