Hi guys,



I was a bit dumbfounded by this occie too. It was the same colour as in the photo when it was in the water. Even when it sat on a rock it didnt change colour, as i would of expected.



The way i cook'em up, guaranteed not to be tough, is:



1. I place occie tentacles in a metal dish with a bit of olive oil and oregano.

2. Cover dish with foil so juices stay in and place in oven at 200degrees C.

3. After 20mins try sticking a fork in the tentacle and see if itgoes in, if it doesn't then cook it a little more, if it does then

4. Take off foil and place under griller to get some colour or whack on the bbq to get colour and nice bbq taste
