' />Quote:First mate Troy reported VASTLY improved squid fishing last night on the Lady Frances with hi hook filling 3/4 of a five gallon pail and a few other anglers including Peter Tu filling about 1/2 of a five gallon pail with the tasty mollusks. Quite a few double headers. Everyone caught most anglers doing at least one to two dozen pieces apiece. The biggest squid were reported to be hard down on the bottom with smaller squid more variable in the water column. Capt. Ray was really pleased with the improvement in the local fishery and looks forward to squid fishing tonight and Sunday night at 7pm aboard the Lady Frances.
