I'm using a Megabass XOR Caiyen which is 7'8" and is the 'light' version, the reel I use on it is a Daiwa Exist 2508 with Varivas Sea Bass Max power PE 0.8.
It's fantastic for Squidding, Placcying Reds' and even baiting for Bream in Gippsland.
Whilst the 7'8"L is perfect for Harri 3.5's and lighter it does feel a little underweight for anything heavier, but still handles them well!
I highly recommend the Caiyen XOR series as a mate of mine has the 8'6" M?H (medium-heavy) and it is a BEAST with heavier jigs like Uojya 3.5's and Harri Deeps in 3.5.
Cheers.
