Hi Glen,
I have not eaten this one yet but i have caught and eaten cuttlefish before. I actually prefer them to calamari because they aren't as "sweet" tasting to me. They are a pain in the backside to clean because of the layers upon layers of "skin" they have on the outside, unlike the calamari which seems to come off in one hit.
