Hi Glen,
I have not eaten this one yet but i have caught and eaten cuttlefish before. I actually prefer them to calamari because they aren't as "sweet" tasting to me. Nice and soft too, but i guess that depends on how you cook them <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
They are a pain in the backside to clean because of the layers upon layers of "skin" they have on the outside, unlike the calamari which seems to come off in one hit.
