Hi again,



The reason I am asking is, up here in Cairns, none of the tackle shops have any egi rods and I will be buying the rod from Japan.



I know the Daiwa reel will be a good balance with the Major Caft rods, but I don't know if the Van Staal will be too heavy or not.
