I was too lazy and tired move last night. I spent the day before down at Port Fairy tuna fishing. No thats a blast. First tiem fore me and pull in a fighting tuna...
No will have to get back to the squiding. After the rain last night Im thinkign the water will be prettty dirty foro the next 48 hours. Does anyone have lick in dirty water. I never do and dont bother going out any more after big ains I just nver get a touch.
hey kim, did you go on a charter for the tuna?
im looking to go up as he big ones are starting to pop up now.
i was going to go saturday morning as wind was great but the bed was to warm to get out of.
i have fished dirty water, got a 1.5 at brighton, right at the baths in dirty water, was only thing i caught.
dirty water fishing is ok, have to work hard for the squid, i use scent, glow jigs even if sun is still up, it seems to work well. yo zuri uv jigs.
but id rather go when its clear water and wind is good and bag out than fish for 4 hours and only get a few.
