I didn't get out and look, but I am pretty sure the No Trespassing signs are for the blocked off ladders and what is below. I didn't really look over the side, as I had my little man in the car, but assume there is some sort of structure down there for workers to ...well.... construct on.... We'll be fine. There is plenty of space and no one ever fishes that old fueling dock on the other side of the bulkhead. The bridge construction has a big sign that they are using carbon fiber to rebuild the bridge. That sounds cool.
