I think you are right about Locarno Pier. The location like Bowen Island might be better bet. Or close to just outside of Lighthouse Marine Park and Horseshoe Bay, and Hole in a Wall area. Barnet Marine Park may be too far into Burrard Inlet. I think squiddies prefer more salty water. Let me know how you make it out.

I went to look at a 33 foot Bayliner boat in Everett yesterday. I made an offer. I am keeping my fingers crossed. What type is your boat in West Van?
