caught 4 this morning two were live bait size and two were 20cm tube, i let the first baby go as a offering to the squid god.
Someone else caught one about 20cm as well.
Morning high tide is the key down there i reckon, failing that any high tide, all my squid have been caught in the first 10-12 meters of retrieve
I'm convinced if the wind is to high they stick to the deeper water off the end of the pier,
Todays jig was a Pink Yo-Zuri Flash Dancer #3 all caught in it, nothing special retrieve wise, just kept it dancing.
yeah that stingray is there everyday.
If you see a guy down there with a black backpack and a white bucket, usually in tradie pants and wearing a buff. It's me. I wont be back till thursday when the wind shift back to northerly, till then i'll be avoiding the place because of the southwesterly and the night time fishermen.
