Hi, Lorbe its a good place to fish maybe the dock for fish is small and you have to go on time like the sunset to take a good place. Other question is the man you saw "Free diving" they can catch fish but octopus have a "temporary fishing ban" sometimes octopus stay near rocks sunbathing in the day.
