Ok, I found a packet of this Curry Mix i have been speaking of.

It is made by Double Horse (i sure hope that is not a reflection of whats in the packet)
The one i am using tonight is Kerala Fish Curry Mix

By all means you can still make your own curry, but these are quick, easy and 90% as good as a curry you spent 2 hours making.
I found these Curry Mixs in a Indian Supermarkets in Melbourne. I'm sure any good Asian Grocery shop should have something similar.
Just a different way to enjoy your squid... and something different from the norm.
The smells coming from your kitchen will have them running to see what you've cooked.
