You wont have much luck at woodman point jetty, you are better off trying the amo jetty down near woodies. You don't have to go very far out either 1/4 of the way out max as squid are plentiful in the 2-4m range, have even caught them in much shallower water as well. There are a few other posts in the wa section about places to go squidding, check em out. You are obviously a shore based fisho? Or do you have a boat? Reason being is that there are not too many squid being caught shore based at this time of the year. You can still get squid but they are not as many around as there are around march-april.
