Best Tides

You are right Peter d, I should try all conditions, and I do try everytime I go out to get calamari. It seems that the best times for me happen to be at the bottom of the tide. I fish from a boat and maybe I should try other spots at different parts of the tide. At Tootgarook, the calamari stop when the flow of water is fast. Hence the action appears at the ends of the tides.
