Well, several days ago we passed from WA into SA for another visit.
We stopped for a couple days at Fowlers Bay on the far west coast of SA with the plan of getting a few squid......hmmmm
The controlling body decided that was not a good idea and produced an onshore wind almost strong enough to even allow walking out on the jetty much less getting a jig in the water.

Arrived yesterday and unpacked the gear only to find the jetty is closed to all access due to much needed repairs and will be closed for a few months too. <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

Bumma.
Okay, I still have a week to find another platform here, maybe the boat ramp groyne is worth a look. Anyone Know?
