Hi, actually the timing isn't too bad. Although I haven't any reports on the North end. I have several customers that have been doing fairly well at the Redondo Pier, also at the Bremerton Passenger Ferry dock. Summer squid, you can catch during the day or evening.
As for jigs, most of the local shops don't stock many jigs until fall "which is the normal squid season". I have a large supply of squid jigs available, but you'll have to come to Auburn to pick them up, as most of the ones for summer season I don't have available online.
