I received a report of some good calamari being caught amongst the boat moorings just out from the ramp at Sorrento last weekend. Drifting and casting small 2.0 and 2.5 size jigs over the wee beds has been the best technique.

If you are fishing when the conditions are a little windy, try drop shotting your jigs to get them to the bottom.
