Their stocks are very different from here. its basically all jap domestic models, and i didnt find any familar fishing rods. was lucky that i found some nice daiwa reels. they do bulk deals so if you order over like $1000 you get 30% off the total <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

i think it's because of u went into wholesale stores...of courese they don't like people just buy few stuffs and go...
also it's much more expensive to get things from those stores if you just get 1 or 2 things, unless you know the owner
by the way, one of the best fishing product stores in hong kong is nearby the old hong kong airport in kowloon city, i can show you guys if have chance...
i will go back to hong kong at the end of july
