The Rapala EGI rod is part of a line up under the T-Spec name (all with 2 year warranty).
They are quality (even without titanium guide frames <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> ). The EGI model is very well balanced, but I guess it's 1 of those thing where you need to try it yourself.
I haven't forgotten about pics, and will do my best to get them up.
