Brand new to this, but after reading through your site i thought i would give squidding a go and what a great decision it was. I went out on a rented kayak from Torbay kayak hire and fished the end of Paignton pier dragging a squid rig and my first was on within 5 minutes, fished for 2 hours and landed 12 squid all about a foot long, the kayak was black when i handed it back and it's one of the best nights fishing I have ever had.
Just thought i'd say what a great site <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> and thanks for the new hobbie.
Does any body know when the squid leave The Torbay area.?
At the moment squidding is great at Princess Pier in Torquay as well. <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
