Jon I live in Clallam Bay and have fished under the lights at the end jetty at Olsons Marina about 8 times over the years. Never tried from a boat though. Ive talked to the Olsons but they dont know to much about squid. Same with the fisheries people. If you get any more information please post or even email me.
