1 kg of squids - I had three pieces about kilo, caught last week

parsley

1.5 dl olive oil

salt

pepper

2 dl good white wine



Finely chop parsley and garlic in large pieces. At 0.5 dl oil minute - two fry 2 / 3 garlic and 2 / 3 of parsley, the rest is added later.

Add large pieces of squids and pour the rest of the oil. Fry it about 10 - 15 minutes. In the meantime, i added the meat from shells, i have it in the fridge.
