I'll be heading to Weymouth to go try catch some in the coming month. I'm leaving for South Africa on the 20th of November and heard they're catching squid there right now. I didn't know it was possible to catch them from shore, but have done some research and now know a place or two where they can be caught from shore - can't wait to teach these guys how to catch them the fishyRob way with inline floats! Though, the locals over there really know how to work hand lines and will probably teach me a few lessons... <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
I placed an order to get some more nifty jigs from Sharnbrook tackle today. Hopefully next year the prize doesn't include a pink fishing rod! <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/fishing.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
