Daiwa Jigs . Rattle Stuck ?

No it doesn't say RV on the jigs when I bought them they had the rattle if you give them a hard tap it will rattle then jam again .I couldn't help myself I cut a few open <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':beer' /> to see how they work and to see if water has leaked in and carroded the ball bearing but it was fine stainless steel bb just seems the channel were the bb runs is to narrow strange as 5 of my jigs have the same problem <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':th' /> my local tackle shop owner said the guy who sells them is in next week so would be keen to see if they will be replaced. <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
