Underwater lighting for recreational squid fishing

i have over the years, fished off many gamefishing boats with underwater lights

the lights definately attract fish.

not being able to justify the cost, i decided to make my own

these are proto types using 9 'super bright' leds

the light pool extends 10m

the leds draw .02 amp each (which works out to 25 days continuous running off my battery)

all you need is a basic understanding of electronics and your set

these cost less than $20 ea to put together.
