Yes, that is the lot...it is officially called the Gateway Center Parking Lot. I didn't realize the attendant leaves so early...that is good news. As a local I have the benefit of a parking sticker, so I can park on Washington St in the sticker parking area. NO sticker is required for the Gateway Center lot! This is a visitors center and the city really encourages its use.
