I will be making my first excursion this weekend coming up, have a nasty flu kept me home last weekend but it should clear up in time.
While I was preparing my tackle, I was wondering about how you sharpies set up your rigs. How many jigs do you fish at a time and how far apart do you tie your dropper loops. I was trying to tie dropper loops and just can't seem to get a handle on it. It's fustrating!!!
Hey twiggy and the rest of you squid freaks, here is an animated knot tying site that has 250 different knots. I'm sending the url for the dropper loop but check out the sliding snood which is an Australian double ajustable hook knot similar to our Boa Rig. It's great for fishing whole squid or fluke bellies when you are targeting doormats. With the 20' regs in RI this year, you'll want to fish big baits. Cheers. Snaildarter
