Simple Honey Soy Squid Recipe
#1
This is a quick and easy recipe for squid. It is well known, so most of you may already know it, but I thought I would share anyway.

Ingredients

3 tblsp soy sauce

2 cloves crushed garlic OR some garlic powder

½ tsp pepper

3 tblsp honey

3 tblsp water

Method

- Combine all the ingredients and stir until the honey has dissolved.

- Place squid pieces into mixture and allow to marinade for at least an hour.

- Fry in pan

- Enjoy! <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' />

Doesn't matter how much squid you have. As long as there is enough marinade in the bowl to cover it. Those quantities should be enough for two medium sized squid. If you have more squid than that, just add a bit more honey and soy sauce to the mixture.

I said fry, but all you really need to do is lightly grease the pan - don't need it swimming in oil. I reckon it probably tastes better on the BBQ though.
