What do you think works better? A squid jig with the relflective pearl belly or the glow in the dark lumious ones?
Are they made for different conditions? It makes sense that the pearl belly would be used during daylight and lumious ones at night.
I found that the white coloured luminous belly jigs works well for me - even in daylight hours.
Which ones do you find most effective?

Haha, I usually find the opposite! I have been a fan of those reflective belly jigs for ages, but I think the key is to find a jig which catches for you, and to use it with confidence. I must say though the biggest squid I've caught on an artificial jig was on a luminous belly one.

Gee that's bad luck. Especially since those jigs were lost through no fault of your own. Hopefully you can find some similar jigs in Australia.
Best of luck

Hello Chick3n,
Here is a couple of photo's of what you are asking about. These feature a fully luminous body, available in 5 different colors Blue, Green, Pink, Orang, and Multi-color.
Martinetti Big Eye Slayer Size 2.5
Martinetti Wide Eye Slayer Size 2.5
Features a holographic fabric with Brilliant Holographic Metallic Shimmer on the entire body. The entire body is luminous, so it glows in the dark. Additionally, the assembly epoxy which holds on the hooks is luminous.
Extra Large 3D Holographic Eyes
Please contact me if you need any more information.
