Squid Accident On Abc Tv Tonight...

not sure if i heard Andrew Denton correctly or not but this morning i think he said he was going to have a guy from tasmania on his show tonight, Enough Rope 9:30pm ABC, who swallowed a squid jig!!!!!



Apparently he was swquiding with a mate when his mate's jig landed in his mouth and his reflexes caused him to swallow!!! :blink: :blink:

aahah sorry but i have to laugh thats funny as.

It was on last night, and trust me rx3-boi it was less than funny.........

This poor bloke has this jag stuck in his throat and is rushed from one hospital to the next, throwing up blood and all sorts, and he gets to the main hospital, where the doctor rings a specialist who tells him to keep him in overnight and he'll see him in the morning. The reply; "he wont be here in the morning." They had to cut basically the whole side of his throat to get it out - has a massive scar there now.......

I suppose he knows how the squid feel now.........
