Bunbury Squid, WA

Seeing there was a lovely day happening again in Bunbury this morning with 0 to 5 kt breeze forecast I got the dinghy on the car and went out hunting squid.



I haven't heard of many coming in here as most squidding is done in & around the Busselton but I was hopeful.



Surprise surprise, not 2 minutes in the water with a herring on a jig and I was on. At the same time I had a placcie jig on and that got hit too.



Within an hour I had 6 squid on board and was very happy.



I know this is not a huge result by the posts I see on this forum but it is good for Bunbury as far as I know.



Some were a bit little but one was a cracker.



Gotta try again soon
