Hi from Denmark - robbeflo - 17-11-2017 Hello everyone!   My name is roberto I'm currently working in a scientific - gastronomic  project that aims to valorize the culinary potentials of squids. I'm part of a group of 8 people we are scientists and chefs. the project is based inside the university of Copenhagen.
