Hi, New poster here, I would like to hear from folks who catch squid in Maine or New England. I have worked on commercial trawlers up and down this coast and frequently get squid and I would like to try jigging for them. They are mostly Illex/shortfin squid and my family loves to eat them, they freeze well and we use them a variety of ways. I have a small boat and would be interested in hot spots and the best times of year. Thanks for your help
