Stuffed Squid - recipe - Guest - 06-06-2004 fry onion garlic ginger with a tea spoon of red curry paste . add 250 gms pork mince till just coloured . mix in a couple of chopped mushrooms and what ever vegies take your fancy.about half a cup cut up fine . add a sprinkle of soy . stuff squid with mix and thread satay stick through squid to hold mix in . steam squid for 15 mins . you can add chilli to mix if you like . you can also add prawns to the mix.
