There is an application for a permit before government at the moment.
The csiro latest report into the future of Australias fish stocks places increasing seal numbers( more now than before seal hunting was started) and a decline in available current food sources due to commercial and recreational fishing as major pointers to a total collapse of fish stocks by 2050.

I sometimes buy the Herald Sun for a read, and there was something in there about culling seals.............thats a bloody disgrace!!

wtf? if seals aint culled we just get more ad more, then they starve, plus, they eat all the salmon.
