Fisherman targeting halibut in Oregon ended up catching [color="green"]20-plus pound Humboldt squid[/color].
Here is an interesting quote from the article for those of you wondering if giant Humboldt squid are edible -
[color="blue"]And the taste was incredible, Buren said.
"We ended up eating 1-inch-thick calamari steaks, and oh boy were those good," he said. "It was delicious.
"I'd had it only in restaurants, I'd never made it myself, and it was, oh, no comparison."[/color]
